Account Manager (m/w/d)

Continuous monitoring of the adequacy of the Bank’s remuneration systems, risk-taking determination and disclosure obligations under the Institute’s remuneration regulation and the relevant EU directives Advice and support for all existing and new compensation processes Current information on the compensation systems to the Management Board and the Compensation Control Committee or the Supervisory Board Compilation of the annual compensation control report according to § 24 IVV and the information according to § 12 IVV for the Management Board and compensation control committee Close cooperation with the control units (Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Controlling, Market Success Active and BBDirect)

Compensation ideally in the financial sector (e.g. as a Compensation Specialist (m/w/d), Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/w/d), HR Compensation Manager (m/w/d), Reward Manager (m/w/d) or comparable Qualifications Experience in the scope of the Institute's Ordinance or comparable regulations would be desirable Above-average understanding and analytical thinking independent work Embossed communication and team skills
