As a (Senior) Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (w/m/d) you take the recruiting of a doctor: in all of Austria you prevent AT work GmbH for our subsidiary. Your focus is on identifying women and security specialists (SFK) and inspiring them for our company.

You develop your own ideas and strategies to address difficult target groups. Whether targeted active sourcing, networking, expert congresses or creative recruiting campaigns: You recognize potentials, unlock new paths and build a sustainable network within the Austrian doctorate. You work closely with the Group Talent Acquisition Team and actively shape the further expansion of our recruiting activities. We need your support for that!

Your salary: The gross annual salary offered varies from 50,000,00 euros on a full-time basis, depending on the qualification and experience.

Your tasks:

Medical Recruiting and Ownership Self-responsible end-to-end recruitment of physicians:inside and security specialists (SFK) throughout Austria.

Identification, personal address and acquisition of qualified professionals for long-term cooperation models.

Implementation of initial discussions and support of the candidate through the entire recruiting process.

Building sustainable relationships and talent pools within the Austrian doctorate and the SFK market.

Active Sourcing & creative recruiting strategies Proactive direct address via LinkedIn, medical networks, telephone and other target group-specific channels.

Development of creative sourcing strategies for obtaining hard-to-access medical professionals.

Developing new recruiting channels through specialist congresses, industry events, cooperations and digital campaigns.

Analysis and continuous optimization of the Recruiting channels using performance indicators and market information.

Consulting, market understanding & further development Close cooperation with the management of AT work and the group talent acquisition team of the Arsipa Group.

Advice on market conditions, change motivations and target group-oriented positioning as an attractive employer.

Development of new ideas to strengthen our employer attractiveness and address medical target groups.

Developing efficient recruiting processes, scalable structures and data-based search strategies.

Your starting conditions:

That's what you bring Experience gained in end-to-end recruitment, especially in the occupation of specialised or difficult to reach target groups.

Embossed active-sourcing competence, pleasure in direct telephone address as well as a good feeling for people and their alternating motivations.

Strategic thinking, creativity and a pronounced hands-on mentality combined with communication strength and self-initiative.

Very good knowledge of German, safe handling of ATS and sourcing tools as well as residence in Austria, regular presence in Vienna and occasional readiness to travel.

This helps you to succeed faster Experience in recruiting doctors: women, medical professionals or other highly specialised professional groups would be beneficial.

An existing network in Austrian healthcare, especially within the doctorate, would be a plus.

Knowledge of Employer Branding, Recruiting Marketing or setting up target-group-specific recruiting campaigns are desirable.

Experience in working with management, recruiting freelance professionals or in dynamic growth environments completes your profile.
