Welcome to the Crib TU LittleLights! We would like to welcome you. We serve a total of 44 children from the first to the third year of life in four groups. Our opening hours are from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. The children's house is a place of well-being, like a second home for children, parents and employees. The children experience here that You are perceived individually and valued. The educators see themselves as companions of the children, You offer sufficient space to find their own ways and develop individually. The children's house Lichtwiese is located directly on the edge of the forest in the city, this offers a unique opportunity to introduce the children to nature and bring them closer to the importance of the environment and sustainability. The Kinderhaus Lichtwiese has a large garden, located directly on the climbing forest The large garden, as well as the green areas around it, can serve as a place of play and learning where children can not only live playfully. The children can learn to cultivate plants, observe animals and experience the different seasons consciously. Such experiences promote not only the motor skills, but also the awareness of ecological relationships and the appreciation of nature. Part of our educational conception is to learn the subject of children through attentive and loving observation. Based on these observations, targeted offers and projects for the child develop. Furthermore, you can look forward to 5 design days a year and we just have a closing time between the years, so you can plan your summer holiday with us according to your needs. Live your strengths! From 01.05.2026 we are looking for a minimum of 35h per week: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We, the Terminal for Kids gGmbH (TfK), were founded in 2006 as a non-profit institution of childcare facilities for children aged eight weeks to school entrance and are currently owned by Fraport AG and Mr. Udo Sicker (founder and managing partner). All our facilities guarantee a high quality of care. This quality includes various additional offers that characterize us as a carrier. Our goal is to challenge and promote children in their passions and talents. Bilingual education and animal-assisted pedagogy as well as daily fresh meals prepared from organic products belong to everyday life.

You support the management of the house in everyday work and represent it during the absences in all your tasks In addition to administrative activities, you work on three days a week in the childcare service You ensure the daily smooth running of everyday life and enjoy the design of the schedule You are the contact person for parents and always have an open ear for their concerns and questions Introduction and guidance of pedagogical staff*, household workers and helpers Supporting the leadership in implementing the Hessian Education and Education Plan Support of management in design and quality development and public relations

You are a pedagogical specialist in accordance with § 25b HKJGB, i.e. you have a state recognition as an educator (m/w/d) and/or a conclusion of an educational degree. Childhood teachers are also welcome with us! You bring about at least two years of professional experience as a pedagogical specialist or have already taken over other organizational tasks within a daycare center You are experienced in childcare and implementation of the Hessian BEP You show a high degree of initiative, empathy and can represent joint agreements with the leadership in the team You bring the willingness to partner with teammates, parents and institutions You have a structured and independent operation and good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
