WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO

• Maintenance & maintenance: performance of repair, maintenance and maintenance work on domestic installations according to requirements
• Plant monitoring: control and monitoring of building systems
• Teamwork: Support and coordination in the technical team
• Disruption management: processing of fault messages and work orders
• Documentation: Maintenance of object and plant-related documents
• External company coordination: Monitoring of external service providers according to location-specific requirements
• Layer service: Participation in the 3-layer system incl. Weekly work

CHECKING THE ONE

• Electrical engineering training with professional experience and skills for electrical engineering (electricians, electricians)
• IT competence: Good knowledge in MS Office and safe handling of PC systems
• Experience in building technology, ideally with refrigerated equipment
• Customer orientation: Friendly, service-oriented appearance
• Self-employed & prudent work
• Safety of work: knowledge of applicable regulations and readiness to regularly train
• Language skills: Good knowledge of German and English
• Flexibility: willingness to work in the 3-layer system
