You work on construction plans and construction drawings, including construction plans, static plans, formwork and reinforcement plans You plan the workflows and discuss them with colleagues You set up the construction sites and secure them, for example with crash locks You calculate the material requirement, the required tools and machines and perform measurements You create foundations, complete formwork, assemble formwork systems and build reinforcements You carry out the installation of concrete or self-mixed concrete and wall or concrete walls and ceilings, assemble prefabricated components You pulverize, gip and distribute and process insulation and sealants to protect buildings from moisture and heat loss You carry out repair work and know old construction techniques, which is advantageous to be able to carry out listed renovations professionally.

You have a successfully completed vocational training as a mason, concrete and reinforced concrete manufacturer (m/w/d) or a comparable craft qualification You bring multi-year, well-founded professional experience in building, construction renovation or construction engineering with You are routined in the reading and understanding of construction, static, form and reinforcement plans and can implement them independently into practice You have a valid class B license (ideally BE) to flexibly reach our construction sites in the metropolitan region You have good knowledge of German for the smooth communication in the team and the construction documentation You work independently, precisely and have a high quality standard for your craftsmanship
