Senior Manager Occupational Health Governance (m/f/d)

You work at the global headquarters in Düsseldorf, in a corporate governance role in the field of corporate health with the focus on health and exposure protection, as well as the planning and implementation of concepts for promoting a health-oriented corporate culture Cooperation with health and safety experts from various professions in the global interdisciplinary health management of Henkel, e.g. the global SHE Governance Team, the regional SHE teams and the (medical) regional health managers Monitoring to meet global legal requirements and reporting requirements and governance standards Further development of occupational, emergency and travel medical and occupational hygiene standards, instructions for action, guidelines, tools, training and key figures Planning, monitoring, reporting and action planning for the global medical enzyme monitoring program Planning annual global health campaigns in the context of Global SHE Days and planning of health actions at the site Development and implementation of digital tools for health protection and Support with Human Resources and Strategic Projects with Safety, Health, Environment Teams

Completed medical studies with medical professional experience At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of occupational medicine and industrial hygiene or toxicology Extensive experience in corporate headquarters in global governance role Knowledge of occupational and emergency medical processes, risk assessments, exposure protection and hygiene requirements Experience in international occupational and health protection in corporate governance structures Safe handling of health governance and controlling processes as well as standards within the global SHE management system Knowledge of Travel Medicine / Travel Health desirable Very good English and good German knowledge in word and writing
