Head of Strategic Purchasing (m/f/d)

You lead and develop the team product and supplier management You shape the strategic orientation of our product portfolio and supplier network You identify market opportunities and develop sustainable growth strategies You are responsible for the selection, development and evaluation of our strategic suppliers You actively drive cross-departmental projects and drive the continuous optimization and digitization of processes and systems You analyse relevant key figures, derive measures to achieve targets and ensure data-based control of the department You support the introduction and further development of modern digital solutions in product and supplier management and promote the efficient use of appropriate systems

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business, economic engineering, supply chain management or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional and leadership experience in product management, purchasing or supplier management as well as in the successful management and development of employees You are characterized by strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a high customer, market and result orientation You bring experience in managing complex projects and change processes as well as in developing structures, processes and systems with You have a high IT affinity and practical experience in handling ERP, SRM and product data management systems You are passionate about digital solutions and want to actively shape digital initiatives You have knowledge of German and English with a high degree of negotiation You convince with pronounced communication, organizational and enforcement strength as well as a safe occurrence You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented and bring a high number affinity with You draw your attention through decision-making, sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality You are interested in technical products and international procurement markets
