As a construction equipment manager (m/w/d) in the region, you take over the taxes of modern construction machines and make sure that everything is done safely and accurately at the construction site. Whether during excavation, working with the wheel loader or transporting material with the crane: In this position you are directly at the edge instead of only at the edge.

• You control construction equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders and other machines safely and conscientiously.
• When loading and unloading materials, you will ensure a smooth run on the construction site.
• You perform earth movements, excavation work and easy transport tasks precisely.
• As a construction equipment manager (m/w/d), you are looking for a controlled machine operation and compliance with the safety requirements.
• You support the daily operational readiness of the machines and recognize small incidents at an early stage.
• Depending on the application, you work in the early or late layer model and keep an overview even with changing tasks.
• With your use, you contribute to the reliable and efficient progress of construction sites.

We are looking for

You are well suited for the start as a construction equipment leader (m/w/d) if you are interested in technical matters and are happy to be active in practice. Also right after training or with little professional experience, you have good opportunities with us if you want to work conscientiously and use machines safely.

• A completed training in the technical or commercial field, ideally related to construction equipment or the operation of machines.
• First practical experience as excavators, cyclists or in a comparable position is advantageous.
• Technical understanding and safe handling of machines are your strengths.
• Working time in the model with early and late shift.
• Layer models with early layer and late layer should be suitable for you.
• Certain and responsible operation, in particular in the case of safety related activities.
• Team spirit, reliability and willingness to pack up at changing locations.
• As a construction engineer (m/w/d), you are ideally motivated to work quickly into new processes.
