In order to actively and confidently manage the transformations in the health care sector, we are looking for you: As Head of Personnel, you will develop our modern personnel management together with the management and management teams.

Your tasks and design fields: HR Strategy & Transformation: As the head of our 9-headed HR team, you are responsible for the management of operational and strategic personnel management against the background of the changing healthcare market. Competent advice: You act as a contact person for the clinic management, the management team and the personnel controlling in all labour, tax and social insurance issues. Future-oriented HR work: You develop innovative concepts for recruiting staff (employer branding), employee retention and modern personnel development and implement them successfully. Trustful co-determination: You work closely and in partnership with our works council and negotiate forward-looking business agreements and work instructions. Representation dance: As a decision-maker in personnel matters, you represent the company to the outside.

Optional double function for lawyers: With appropriate qualifications (2nd State Exams / Full Jurisdiction) there is the option of combining the function with the direction of the law area. In this function, you will take legal opinions and take over the process representation in the first instance.

Qualification: A completed study with a focus on human resources management / BWL or in addition a completed study of law with a focus on labour and human resources law. Leadership experience: proven leadership experience in HR – ideally in health and social matters or in a similar structure. Expertise: Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law as well as sound knowledge of the relevant collective agreements (e.g. TVöD / TV doctors). Strategic vision: strong analytical skills, experience in project work and a very good understanding of the balance between medical performance and economic conditions. Personality: A sovereign, binding appearance, pronounced communication skills as well as a modern, cooperative leadership style.
