We are now looking for a HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in Dresden.

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed studies from a technical, business or social science field
• Multiannual professional experience as HR Business Partner in an industrial company
• Expertise in labour law and experience in negotiating with the works council
• High consulting and communication skills as well as the willingness to take responsibility for the complete working cycle
• Joy of independent, solution-oriented work and a professional, positive and convincing appearance
• Excellent knowledge of German and English for the exchange with our international colleagues

Your future tasks as HR Business Partner

• You accompany the care areas assigned to you in all personal questions.
• You support and advise our executives and employees in all operational personnel topics from onboarding to offboarding.
• You have a firm look at the HR key figures and accompany the job planning and the benchmark process in the departments assigned to you.
• You work closely with our colleagues for personal controlling, recruiting and personnel development.
• You are working on strategic topics for the further development of the department and the company and accompanying their implementation, e.g. in the post- and renegotiation of business agreements.
• You are involved in the continuous optimization of our processes.
