We are looking for a location in Nienhagen:

CNC Milling Machine (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Timely production of medium-sized and large components in small series and individual parts production according to technical drawings and work plans
• Stand-alone setup, ruts and operation of CNC milling machines
• Self-responsible entry and optimization of CNC programs
• Regular working on large 3-axis and 4-axis bed milling machines with Heidenhain iTNC 530 control
• Occasionally working on small 3-axis and 4-axis milling machines with Phillips 432 and Heidenhain TNC 426 control
• Implementation of quality and measurement controls during production
• Maintenance and maintenance of machines and the elimination of minor disturbances

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as machining mechanic (m/w/d), milling technology specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines
• Good knowledge in handling Heidenhain controls
• Secure reading of technical drawings
• Self-employed, structured and quality-conscious work
• Teamability, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work two shifts after prior consultation
