Head of the project to introduce Workday as a HCM software solution for up to 9 clients – from initial planning to successful rollout Modelling, standardization and digitization of HR processes in close cooperation with HR, IT and external service providers Coordination and moderation of cooperation between end users, works councils, HR experts and software partners – in compliance with legal frameworks, governance requirements and timetables Support and operational support for change management measures and the organisation of training for end users Analysis of legal innovations in the HR context and control of necessary adjustments in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders Structured documentation of project decisions, process design and implementation steps to ensure transparency and revision security

Completed studies with economic, technical or IT-related focus (e.g. business informatics, computer science, economic engineering, BWL with IT orientation) or a comparable qualification Experience in HR project management, ideally with the introduction or further development of Workday or similar HCM systems Knowledge found in modelling and optimization of business processes (e.g. with BPMN, EPK or the like) High technical understanding of IT systems in the personnel sector as well as interfaces to payroll, time recording or organization management Strong communication and moderation capabilities, coupled with enforcement strength and empathy Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
