Self-preparation and timely implementation of the monthly wage and salary accounting in SAP HCM for a defined group of employees Completion of all administrative and technical tasks in the context of payment accounting Maintaining personal data and carrying out certification and reporting as well as correspondence with health insurance funds, authorities etc. Management of the time economy including periods of absence and absence Competent support of our employees for billing and personal questions First respondent for sickness insurance funds, public authorities and social insurance institutions Support for annual work

Successfully completed commercial training Multiannual experience in payroll accounting Ideal experience in handling SAP HCM as well as knowledge in the IG metal tariff agreement Good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel Structured, self-employed and responsible work High level of reliability, discretion and team orientation
