Team Leader - Pedagogy (m/f/d)

We offer people with mental impairment a safe home in our homes of special housing. Our multi-professional team works with openness, reliability and empathy.

The location is managed by two team lines: one takes over the personal leadership, the other is responsible for the educational orientation of the housing groups. In close cooperation, they continuously develop teamwork, meeting structures, quality management and conceptual processes.

Become part of this management team asTeam Management (m/w/d)– in full or part-time (at least 35 hours/week).

Your tasks

**They take over the pedagogical leadership of the housing groups – with a focus on professional teamwork, quality-secured reporting and the implementation of the federal participation law.

Team spirit:In view of the whole and an open ear guide your team, stand on the side and provide professional development, structured training and support with your ideas everyday and leisure design.

Communication & Perspective:They form a binding and cooperative cooperation with internal areas, engage in quality work and in conceptual work with other management levels.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have completed training or study in the pedagogical field (e.g. as an educatorin, medical educationin, social worker*in or with a comparable qualification) and ideally bring experience in integration aid.

Engagement & Team spirit:You bring a strong team leadership skills, take responsibility and stand out for high social competence and communication skills – working independently, solution-oriented and with a lot of care.
