Technical & Commercial Control: General responsibility for the operation, maintenance and modernization of building equipment and budget planning and reporting Project management: organisation and implementation of modernization and special projects – from planning to successful acceptance Team management: management and technical guidance of a team of home technicians and masters, including deployment planning and development of employees Customer support: Central contact for our clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term partnerships Maintenance & maintenance: Planning, coordination and control of maintenance and repair measures Procurement and contracting: Participation in costing, offering and contract processing in cooperation with commercial colleagues

Complete study of electrical engineering or MSR technology (center of building automation) or a comparable qualification with well-founded expertise in HKLS, electrical and building technology Founded professional experience in the maintenance and operation of technical installations, ideally complemented by first leadership experience as an object team leader or representation Wide knowledge in building automation, MSR, safety, energy and climate technology and has a control rating of up to 30 kV and knowledge in NEA, USV and fire protection systems Convinced by organizational talent, business understanding and experience in the management of personnel and in the technical and commercial management of projects Communication strength, sense of responsibility and a safe, service-oriented appearance, supported by very good German and EDV knowledge
