Our portfolio is as diverse as our renowned doctrines. A colorfully filled week starts with a management coaching and ends in our house with the mediator training. We support companies with tailor-made personnel development programs that sustainably lead to the strengthening of the professional and personal skills of employees. This begins with us already at the personnel selection in Assessment Centers, which we accompany for companies. Our customers include both small, medium and large companies as well as people for which lifelong learning is of course. Programme development & programme implementation Conception of new personnel development programs, seminars and coaching Calculation of education Technical management of training, workshops and projects Selection & support of external fee staff Selection and commissioning of trainers:inside, speaker:inside, coaches and mediator:inside Construction and maintenance of a sustainable expert network

Event management & customers:internal contact Organization and support of seminars, workshops and training Planning and organisation of education Coordination with lecturers and examining institutions Planning sales and marketing activities in cooperation with the marketing department

You are commercially versed and preferably have experiences in the field of education.
