Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a technical project manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the planning and implementation of construction, conversion and optimization projects in the laboratory environment. You make a significant contribution to the further development and sustainability of our sites. Their focus is in particular: Control of complex construction and transformation projects for laboratory and administrative sites Development and implementation of technical optimization projects focusing on efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness Analysis and further development of surface and usage concepts (layout, compaction, functionality) Planning and implementation of technical solutions in the field of HKLS / TGA taking into account specific requirements in the laboratory environment Construction and implementation of modern, future-oriented laboratory and building structures Ensuring compliance with cost, time and quality objectives across all project phases Control of internal and external project participants and active stakeholder management Close coordination with our regional technical leaders to ensure a consistent and efficient implementation of the measures across the site Accompanying commissioning, moving and location-related transformation processes

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, utility technology, building technology or comparable Multiannual experience in building and project management, ideally in the laboratory, health or industrial environment Knowledge of HKLS / Technical building equipment Experience in implementing optimization projects (e.g. areas, layouts, processes) Understanding complex technical, structural and operational relationships Embossed capabilities in interface and stakeholder management Analytical and Structured Operation and High Reaction Strength readiness for nationwide travel activities (focus of southern Germany) within the framework of projects and desirable for attendance at the location in Augsburg at one to two days a week
