As part of our front office team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. With your warm personality and strong service mentality , you will ensure that our feel guests welcome from the very first moment. You will answer their questions, take reservations, and provide them with recommendations and insider tips about Cologne. So we want you to be more than just a part of our team; you want to help shape the hotel.
