Your tasks with us:

• Support for stakeholders and project leaders in planning, tracking and managing projects
• Development and further development and methodological support of the PMO strategy process in the bott group
• Development and monitoring of project classification and project database
• Superior resource monitoring and change management for projects
• Ensuring compliance with requirements and target criteria of PMO projects
• Organization of project meetings including monthly and milestone reports
• Escalation management in project deviations
• Development and maintenance of a knowledge base

Take this with you:

• Commercial / technical training gladly with further education or technical/economic studies
• Professional experience in project management and project management standards
• Funded knowledge and safe handling of project management tools
• Analytical and strategic skills as well as problem-solving and leadership qualities
• Secure presentation of results to stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• readiness for occasional travel abroad
