Manfacturing Execution System (MES) Specialist (m/f/d)

Analysis of production and work processes in cooperation with the specialist departments for implementation in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Conception, design and implementation of electronic production instructions (eMBR) and worksheets as well as accompanying master data sets in the MES Technical support and maintenance of the MES in process changes and optimizations Creation and implementation of MES relevant change control processes and change requests Creation of GMP relevant accompanying documentation for eMBR and worksheets, implementation of validations in ERP (SAP) & MES Support of system updates in cooperation with global teams, implementation of user acceptance verification Ensuring compliance with AbbVie internal system standards Creation of training concepts and execution of training for key users Creation and maintenance of MES-specific SOPs Technical support for production in case of troubleshooting in productive operation in cooperation with production-related departments (Automation, SAP) and global MES teams Participation in the call readiness system to ensure continuous technical support, e.g. at night and weekends

So you make the difference: Studies in computer science or natural science / technical field or natural science / technical training with relevant, multi-year professional experience with IT systems Multiannual professional experience in working with MES systems, preferably POMSnet, and in eMBR creation First leadership experience desired by employees GMP knowledge of advantage Programming skills (Visual Basic, C#) and experience with database queries (SQL codes) SAP knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English Very good analytical and conceptual skills
