They serve our employees locally in all personal processes. They shall draw up the work contract documents such as occupational hearings, employment contracts, certificates, etc. They advise our executives on the implementation of statutory and collective agreements. Together with our executives, you participate in employee talks. They support our recruiting and departments through the organization and participation in job interviews and job fairs. You create evaluations and analyses for the management staff and work on the optimization of our personnel processes. They are the first contact person for external contact persons such as the Employment Agency, our educational institutions and offices and authorities.

A successfully completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in the field of human resources or a completed study with a focus on personnel and first relevant professional experience. Very good knowledge in Word and Excel, especially serial mail function. Self-employed and careful work, interest in labour law and collective bargaining issues. Standing for occasional missions at our headquarters in Düren and regularly to the staff of the supervised network between owners at the lake, Hamm and Düsseldorf.
