You are hired in the IT system house as an IT engineer/in. Possible places of work for this tender are: Nuremberg/Fürth, Berlin, Chemnitz, Düsseldorf, Hannover, Krefeld, Lübeck, Mainz. You will be part of the Logistics Products Unit in the area “ERP Personal, Finance, Logistics” of the IT system house. We operate one of the largest integrated ERP systems in the public sector. Your new team is responsible for technical and technical support, maintenance and regular technical and technical development of the IT procedures in this field. With our procedures, we support in particular the core processes of our own employees in procurement, inventory management, real estate management, IT control processes and project management. We use both standard software products (e.g. SAP) and self-developments. A varied and diverse working environment awaits you in your team. The cooperation is very flexible and with a good mix between on-site work and mobile work. Its main focus is on infrastructure, building management, with a focus on access control. In this role you will take care of the technical and technical development as well as the safe and stable operation of the IT system used (software and hardware). Tasks and activities: System engineers design, develop, test, optimize and operate software solutions and infrastructures that meet the requirements of the client and the user. You work in interdisciplinary teams to create and/or adapt high-quality and reliable software and infrastructures. This includes the independent implementation of the following tasks and instructions of others: Planning, management and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructures Analysis of system requirements and performance data Development, updating and monitoring of software and updating and monitoring of hardware Identification and elimination of system problems Ensuring system availability and security As an interface between professional demand provider, BA-IT and the manufacturer of the access control system used, you are involved in the following topics: Analysis, coordination and prioritization of requirements with clients and users Creation of solutions for requirements in cooperation with manufacturers Preparation of performance descriptions and tenders

Higher education or comparable qualifications (priorities: computer science, business informatics) Multiannual relevant professional experience or comparable profile You still convince by: Knowledge of the development and/or operation of software solutions and infrastructures Finded knowledge of software solutions and/or infrastructure troubleshooting Knowledge of programming languages and/or the adaptation of software solutions and infrastructures Ideally, you also have: Filed knowledge Windows from Server 2016 Relational DB/SQL (Oracle, MicroSoft)
