TGA-Planer (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Planning and design of the technical building equipment (TGA)
• Creation of concepts and plans for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary technology
• Implementation of calculations and dimensions for the respective TGA systems
• Accompanying all project phases - from basic analysis to concept development to implementation
• Creation of technical drawings, approval documents and performance directories
• Creation of tender documents and participation in the award of contracts
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete study in building technology, electrical, energy, building or utility technology or a related field
• Practical experience in the TGA planning and sound knowledge of HOAI performance phases 1-9
• Experience in the application of BIM methodology
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
