Front Office Agent (m/f/d)

Type of employment: Full time

You are responsible for the smooth check-in and check-out You process phone calls and emails, coordinate reservations and keep an overview even with spontaneous changes. You are the first contact person for guests, solves smaller challenges directly and conducts more complex topics confidently. You take the cash management, including the closing of the day, and take care of administrative tasks. You work closely with housekeeping and restaurant to ensure a smooth flow of information at the hotel.

Complete training in the hotel industry or relevant experience at reception Structured, independent working and safe handling of MS Office and ideally PMS systems Embossed service orientation, professional and sovereign appearance, even in stressful situations Communication strength, organisational skills and reliability Very good knowledge of German and sound English Standby for shift service between 6:00 and 23:00
