We are looking for a Business Process Specialist (m/w/d) in the environment of energy technology at the Erlangen site. The position is now to be occupied within a 35-hour week.

The following challenges await you as a Business Process Specialist (m/w/d):

• Harmonization of existing processes and directives between two organizational units
• Support for the standardisation of the Fleet process at European level
• Unification of the system landscape in the “Request to Order” area
• Participation in the introduction of a company-wide SAP system and a new procurement tool
• Conducting analyses on procurement volumes for business-specific material and deriving of pan-European recommendations for action

Your profile:

• They have a successfully completed university degree with a commercial focus or a completed commercial training in connection with relevant professional experience
• They bring strong analytical skills and a good understanding of processes and their optimization potentials with
• They were able to gain first practical experience in project management and work structured and solution-oriented
• You are convinced by your strong communicative skills as well as by a secure and binding occurrence in dealing with internal and external partners
• You have profound knowledge in handling SAP systems, ideally with SAP Ariba
• They communicate safely in German and English – orally as in writing – and move confidently in an international working environment
