Balance sheet accountant / Financial accountant Consolidation (m/f/d)

As a financial accountant with the focus of consolidation, you bring order into complexity and structure in number worlds. With a trained look for economic relationships, you actively shape the unification and optimization of our accounting processes within the entire AMAND group of companies. Your tasks include in detail: Development and documentation of uniform booking systems based on our group-wide accounting framework Implementation of these standards in close coordination with the individual companies and departments Monitoring Group-wide compliance and ensuring accounting data quality Cooperation in the development of internal guidelines on financial accounting and consolidation Interface function between operating units, controlling and management for accounting and accounting issues Participation in monthly and annual accounts and consolidation according to HGB

Completed commercial training, ideally complemented by an economic study or similar qualification Further training on/to account holder/in or tax specialist At least 10 years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the construction industry and with a focus on corporate accounting Safe handling of uniform account frames and well-founded experience in standardization and quality assurance of accounting processes A structured and solution-oriented way of thinking High level of self-responsibility and design pleasure in continuous improvement of internal processes Communication strength, enforcement capacity and a team-oriented working style Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experiences with accounting software such as ARRIBA, iTWO Finance or BPS are desirable Good knowledge of German in word and writing
