micrometal is a specialist for industrial production of high-precision metal components. With our photochemical etching technology, we produce complex components with highest accuracy. We are the world leader in the production of etched microcomponents for automotive, chemical, consumer and medical technology. About 40 km south of Freiburg – in the Tripartite D/F/CH – we are part of the Wickeder Westfalenstahl GmbH, a leading manufacturer of plated materials. A position as a development engineer (m/w/d) has to be occupied.

Independent processing of subprojects within complex development and research projects Planning, monitoring and timely management of projects Developing and implementing improvements in the current production process Analysis and evaluation of process data and parameters for deriving sound, data-based decisions Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams (e.g. manufacturing, quality or operating technology) to successfully implement development projects

Complete degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on process and process engineering, microsystems or a comparable qualification Embossed technical understanding as well as high learning readiness Programming skills desirable Experience in project management CAD knowledge Safe handling of MS Office Good English knowledge of word and writing
