(Senior) Data & Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Interface between business and technology: You act as a technical consultant for our departments, translate complex business requirements into precise data concepts and thus create the technical basis for sustainable process improvements. Making data & AI usable: You connect heterogeneous data sources, AI systems and internal applications and prepare data to be measurably improved. In doing so, you do not construe on individual silos, but think processes holistic. End-to-End Responsibility: You develop sound solution concepts, select the appropriate technologies for changing problems and ensure their successful implementation in practice. Drive projects: You take the (partial) project management of interdisciplinary teams to successfully implement exciting and groundbreaking projects in the data and AI environment. Motivation first: Your intrinsic motivation to work yourself into new technologies, tools and procedures is more important to us than the perfect mastery of a particular stack or a specific career path. You're looking for continuous development! Your background: You have a completed study (data science, (economic) informatics, statistics, physics, mathematics) or a comparable training with relevant professional experience in business/data analytics. Ideally, you also bring experience from the consulting or consulting environment. Technical know-how: You bring a strong understanding of data architectures and system interfaces. Experience with at least one common SQL dialect, established BI tools (ideally Microsoft Power BI) and MS Excel is advantageous for this role. First touch points with script languages like Python are also welcome. AI affinity: You have ideally already collected practical points of contact with the use and integration of AI solutions and are ready to further intensify this. What distinguishes you: You are convinced by an analytical way of working, communication strength at different levels, team capacity and high self-initiative. Language: German language skills (min. C1) complete your profile.
