Due to our growing number of customers, we are looking for you as a Service Owner Digital Office (m/w/d) as a reinforcement for our team. These tasks await you

• You are dedicated to the solutions of the Tribe Digital Office of individual customers

• You control the professionally required employees of other teams in a matrix organization

• You provide close contact with service management, customers and project management

• You act as a mediator:in between customer and service management and specialist in processes and new requirements

• You take care of escalation management and service improvement to localize process optimizations

• You have a degree in information technology or already comparable professional experience

• You bring multi-year professional experience in IT

• You're a coach: in a team and pretend the direction, create clarity and develop the team

• You have no inhibitions to go to people, have a positive radiance and can well represent your point of view as well as understand other positions

• Your profile completes very good German and good English skills
