Welcome to the team: Together we are driving the climate-neutral building stock ahead – join us as: IT Project Manager PMO (m/w/d), in full or part-time, R-103497 Location: Eschborn

You keep an overview of project progress, budget and timetables – with regular status updates to ensure that all stakeholders are up-to-date. You coordinate cooperation between subprojects, consolidate results and prepare them for different target groups. In the PMO you are the central link in the group-wide project team and work closely with the project management. You are critically questioning results, thinking solution-oriented and claiming to achieve the best possible result. You plan and moderate project meetings – even independently or as a representative of the project management. You actively shape project communication and publish updates via various channels such as email, intranet or Microsoft teams.

A completed study in the field of business, IT or a comparable field. Multiannual experience in project management – ideally also in consulting or in agile project environments. Very good skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel – like to add tools such as MS Teams, Planner, Jira & Confluence. You will certainly communicate in German and English. You are a communication talent with leadership and a high degree of self-responsibility. You think entrepreneurial, are structured and bring a good sense of priorities. You want to actively shape projects and create real added value with your organizational talent.
