The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. In our portfolio management business, there are many different tasks: strategic planning, propulsion of renewable energies, new housing, expert and service services, and contamination management. Planning focuses on the economic interests in order to analyse, develop, manage or exploit the potential of our complex properties.

It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). The agricultural review services, which are located in the portfolio management division, are responsible for the production of expert opinions and good-night opinions in the thematically wide range of agriculture.

You produce valuations, expert opinions and expert opinions in connection with the purchase and sale and the management of agriculturally used land (transport value / lease value and compensation value determination) You work out opinions and consultations in all agricultural issues You create maps with the Geoinformation System You write business economic calculations and evaluations

Qualification: You have completed university studies (Dipl. [FH]/Bachelor) in the field of agriculture/Agriculture or a technically comparable qualification.
