As a partner (m/w/d) for our managers and employees, you will be able to take on your own local advice from several departments – if necessary in advance with your team and your manager. Depending on the subject, you will also be voting with in- and external editing points, such as the Works Council, the Workers' Association or other departments. You prepare all personal measures, from recruitment to recruitment to exit and their implementation. You support staff evaluations and derive relevant measures for your support areas in consultation with your team and your manager. In addition, you can actively improve our people management processes and work in local projects, for example in personal marketing or training.

You have completed a completed commercial vocational training with related specialist training, e.g. for industrial traders with further training for personnel traders, or have completed a subject-related study, e.g. in business administrations with the gravity of personnel. You bring multiannual professional experience to the People Management and have good knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining as well as relevant parts of social insurance law. The secure handling of MS Word, Excel and Power Point as well as basic knowledge in SAP or other personal solutions are obvious to you and it is easy for you to get into new tools or solutions. Include apps. You can communicate well in English and occasionally read and write English texts.
