Care and advice of employees and managers in operational HR topics Responsibility for monthly billing Independent processing of all administrative HR processes Accompanying the entire Employee Lifecycle from entry to exit Recruiting support – from job alerts to candidate selection Organization and support of interviews and recruiting events Maintenance and evaluation of personal data and creation of HR reports Optimization and digitization of existing HR processes Cooperation with internal departments and external partners

completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the staff sector, or a comparable study Professional experience in operational personnel work Good knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law Experience in pay billing of advantage Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with HR systems Structured, independent and reliable operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with employees and executives discretion, sense of responsibility and strong service orientation
