HER SIGHS.

• Preparation of products: masking, scavenging and optimal preparation for the coating process.
• Coating work: Professional coating of cabinets and housings with the hand pistol according to specifications.
• Operation of the coating systems: selection and adaptation of the coating program for automatic coating.
• Quality control: visual and layer thickness control to ensure the predetermined quality standards.
• Cleaning work: paint change, cleaning of paint booths and guns according to specifications.
• Maintenance work: replacement of wear parts and maintenance of the powder coating system.
• Compliance with quality requirements: ensuring operational standards and processes for highest precision.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Apprenticeship in the field of painting: completed vocational training as an industrial painter (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification of advantage.
• Experience in powder coating: Ideally practical knowledge in the application of powder coating methods.
• Quality Consciousness: Careful, structured and precise operation with a high focus on quality.
• Technical understanding: Safe handling of coating programs and machines.
• Flexibility and team skills: willingness to work in a dynamic environment in the team.
