In this position, you contribute significantly to the economic success of our construction projects in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and work closely with the technical project managers, legal departments and external partners. Commercial project management: Own-sponsored commercial management and accompaniment of several supervised construction projects over all phases of the project up to the successful project conclusion Contract management and customer communication: coordination of the entire contract processing, proactive delivery and procurement management as well as professional commercial communication with builders, subcontractors and planners planning, forecasting and controlling: participation in the creation of project planning, forecasts and cost-setting comparisons; transparent management of project budget, liquidity, earnings and cash flow Call for tenders and tenders: Commercial support for awards, tenders and tender processes in close coordination with purchasing and costing Reporting and documentation: Creation of regular commercial project status reports, documentation and dashboards for business and business management Risk Management and Compliance: Early identification of economic potentials and risks as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory, contractual and structural requirements Process optimization: Continuous further development and standardization of internal commercial processes and guidelines

Training and Qualification: Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration or Economic Engineering (Construction) or a well-founded commercial training (e.g. Industrial Business Administration [m/w/d] or Kaufmann [m/w/d] for Office Management) with relevant additional qualification or professional experience Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the commercial processing of ideally construction, general contractor or infrastructure projects expertise: knowledge of the VOB (in particular VOB/B) as well as practical know-how in contractual, supplementary and accounting; Knowledge of Microsoft Office products – in particular Microsoft Excel Competences: Experience in project controlling, purchasing or project calculation is desirable Working and personality: strong entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented action and enforcement strength; You also keep an overview in dynamic construction phases Soft Skills: Communication strength, negotiation skills in dealing with customers and entrepreneurs as well as a structured and independent way of working
