IT Supporter (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Take these challenges

• Processing of ad hoc requests and questions from business and colleagues within IT
• Working with IT-related projects, providing guidelines and requirements
• Ensuring continuous service improvement
• Recording and sharing knowledge through written Knowledge Articles
• Order, issue and setup of specific IT equipment and asset management by Airbus processes
• Support for ticket entry and forwarding to the correct Resolver group
• Support coordination of joiner and leaver IT tasks
• Escalation of tickets as needed for relevant stakeholders:inside
• Cooperation with various service desks within the Airbus organization as the first contact person: in case of major incidents

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Study of Computer Science or Business Informatics at least. Technicians:in/Fachwirt:in
• Professional experience in IT/information systems at least. over 2 years
• Professional experience in customer service at least. over 2 years
• Experience in stakeholder management over 2 years
• Detailed special knowledge of IT Service Management Tools (like ServiceNow)
• Good knowledge of IT Asset Life Cycle Management
• Language knowledge German negotiation-proof, English negotiation-proof
