Administration and development of our Microsoft system and network landscape as well as the printer and copier infrastructure Cooperation and advisory activities for the departments and users (first/second level support) Ensuring smooth operation and data and network security with problem analysis and troubleshooting Cooperation with IT service providers and software suppliers Working in IT projects Working with the development of the IT strategy and digitalization

Complete training, e.g. as a specialist informant or a study of computer science or a comparable IT training or corresponding qualification. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of ERP systems Knowledge of CAD applications (Autodesk Vault, Mechanical, Inventor) of advantage High service orientation Strong in analytical and conceptual thinking
