You take economic responsibility, secure the fulfillment of business requirements and tax personnel costs, investments and cost controlling. You support an open feedback culture and create a strong foundation for sustainable knowledge transfer within and between teams. You actively participate in cross-organisational initiatives to continuously develop structures, cooperation and productivity. A continuous personal presence at Kiel site is an important part of the role to actively shape the development of the site and strengthen the local community.
