For this central area we are looking for a:n Engineering Manager:in Software Engineering – Foundation Layer.

Tasks that keep you posted: You create a beneficial environment for our software engineers at the Cologne and Kiel locations, making sure that You can optimally use their skills in the appropriate product teams. Professional, methodological and personal support is yours: You can achieve technical goals, develop your skills and increase productivity. Together with our HR Expert: you will find the right talents for both festivities and for employee transfers. You take economic responsibility, secure the fulfillment of business requirements and tax personnel costs, investments and cost controlling. You support an open feedback culture and create a strong foundation for sustainable knowledge transfer within and between teams. You actively participate in cross-organisational initiatives to continuously develop structures, cooperation and productivity. A continuous personal presence at Kiel site is an important part of the role to actively shape the development of the site and strengthen the local community.
