NC Programmer Measuring Machine (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Location: Munich

Creation of NC measurement programs for measuring machines of Hexagon / Leitz (Quindos) Determination of the measurement sequence of test operations in cooperation with the relevant production or test planner, taking into account economic aspects and compliance with applicable regulations / factory standards Determining the programming-relevant aspects of devices Definition and definition of measuring probes Further processing of CAD data Creation of work documents (e.g. clamping sketches, setup sheets, etc.) Creation of the program code in Quindos Implementation of programme testing in the workshop Optimization of measurement strategies and measurement sequences as part of technical progress Improving tool insert in terms of cost and quality Participation in the preparation of process-specific regulations Participation in projects to introduce new measuring systems and increase efficiency

Studies (uni/FH/BA) in the field of mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology and other equivalent training multiannual experience in programming coordinate measuring machines AUKOM 3 or comparable qualification Affinity for programming, knowledge of Python or MATLAB desirable good office skills and English language skills
