The Center Supply Chain Powertrain in Untertürkheim has built up the control of the Powertrain network, constantly evolving and coordinating today the global production network of all engines, transmissions and axles used in our Mercedes-Benz car. The team “CKD Operation Powertrain” is responsible for the piece list documentation, operation control, procurement, packaging (planning) and the dispatch of the parts and aggregates into the respective CKD assembly plants. As part of this internship, we offer you the opportunity to get deep insights into interesting and challenging themes of CKD logistics and the opportunity to take over tasks and projects independently. Your tasks with us will be: Support in the creation and analysis of logistics reports

Development and implementation of reporting tools and dashboards with Power BI

Data analysis and processing with SQL and Python to identify optimization potentials in the supply chain

Automation of reporting processes using VBA, SQL, Python

Cooperation on projects to improve logistics processes

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Business Informatics or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Knowledge in MS-Office, VBA, SQL, Power BI and Python

First experiences in data analysis and reporting (practice or projects)

Analytical thinking and a structured working method

Teamability, commitment, motivation
