Lawyer for construction law (m/f/d)

You advise demanding national and international mandates in the construction and real estate sector on all issues of private and public building law, e.g. in building contract and architect law, in project development as well as in procurement and approval procedures. From the project development to the construction phase to the use and utilization, you accompany construction projects in a holistic and practical way. You represent Mandant:*in relation to contractual partners, authorities and – as required – also in court. In interdisciplinary and partly international teams, you work closely with colleagues from different legal areas as well as with tax advisors, auditors and other experts within Forvis Mazars. You take early responsibility in terms of mandates and profit from clear professional and personal development perspectives. We support your further development in a targeted manner – including support for the acquisition of specialist attorney qualification for building and architect law.

Successfully completed legal studies with two Staatsexamina, ideally specialist attorneys in building and architect law Multiannual professional experience (approx. 3–6 years) in building law Knowledge of private and/or public building law Entrepreneurial thinking, high client orientation and independent working Joy of teamwork and the further development of existing mandates Very good knowledge of English and IT affinity
