Then you'll fit us: In our workshop is screwed, sprinkled, laughed and learned. We are looking for you as a **Kfz-Mechaniker:in ** or Master:in, who not only brings technical expertise, but also wants team, responsibility and further development.

We are the Werkstatt des Jugendwerks Köln – a special team of experienced professionals, dedicated trainees and young people in training measures. Our workshop stands for handicraft quality with social claim. Whether service, repair, smart repair, painting or training – we make it possible. With real appreciation, technology at eye level and an open one.

Your responsibilities**

• Technical responsibility for all workshop work: Maintenance, repair, diagnosis, testing
• Guide and support of our Gesellen, Azubis and participants
• Ensuring quality and safety in all orders
• Planning and coordination of workflows in close coordination with administration and painting
• Technical advice from customers:inside – friendly, binding, clear
• Participation in the further development of our processes and training concepts

• Completion as Kfz mechanic: at best Master:in (ideally with entry into the craftsmanship)
• Found professional experience in workshop and customer transition
• Pedagogical skill and joy in guidance and team work
• A sense of responsibility, structure and quality
• Want to introduce yourself to a socially shaped, dedicated team
• Class B driving licence
