Operation & Development: Ensuring smooth operation, maintenance and continuous development of our hybrid IT infrastructure (network, VMware, SAN, Backup, Active Directory) Microsoft 365 Administration: Responsible administration, maintenance and optimization of our M365 environment incl. Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD etc. Cloud & Security: Participation in expanding and securing our cloud and infrastructure landscape – incl. Conception and implementation of modern security measures (Conditional Access, MFA, Defender, Identity Protection etc.) Projects: Partially independent management of IT projects in the cloud, infrastructure and security environment Monitoring & Updates: Monitoring, maintenance and configuration of central IT systems and services – on-premise and cloud-based Support & Troubleshooting: Technical contact point in 2nd level support, analysis and troubleshooting of complex problems as well as processing of service requests

Education: Completed training in IT, study of computer science or comparable qualification Relevant professional experience of at least 4 years Technical know-how (funded knowledge): Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN) VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Active Directory, SAN Backup strategies and monitoring tools

Microsoft 365 Expertise: Deep Experience with Microsoft 365 Platform (including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD) Security Awareness: Trusts with common security standards and solutions Project competence: Experience in implementing or coordinating IT projects desirable Soft Skills: Structured and solution-oriented operation, self-initiative, team capacity
