Order Processing Clerk - Sales / Customer Service (m/f/d)

Under our brand, more than 5,000 different products are produced at the production sites in Germany, Slovenia, China and India, which are used by renowned customers in the electronics industry all over the world. Our key expertise lies in the comprehensive know-how of wafer production, chip production, construction and testing in various housing designs. In addition, we develop and manufacture production lines and testing systems for our manufacturing facilities.

You are the first contact point for our customers and process incoming orders that you receive via email, phone or via our EDI system. You create offers as well as order confirmations and make sure that all customer requests are answered precisely and promptly. You carefully maintain customer and product data in our systems and thus ensure high data quality as the basis for a smooth process. In close coordination with the logistics, you will keep the delivery situation in mind and inform our customers proactively about the status of their orders.

You have ideally successfully completed a commercial training. As a professional beginner, you are welcome to us as well as with the first relevant professional experience. With your friendly and positive way, communication with customers will give you great pleasure. A careful and structured way of working distinguishes you, which allows you to keep an overview even in turbulent phases. You communicate safely in German and English in word and writing.
