Own-responsible production, testing and processing of measurements as well as billing and final accounts Determination and documentation of accounting-relevant masses Examination of contract documents and evaluation of performance changes and supplements Technical and commercial processing of supplements and active participation in follow-up management Maintenance and updating of accounting-relevant data in the calculation and settlement system Close cooperation with construction and project management and other project participants

Completed studies in civil engineering, construction engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in building billing, ideally in turnkey construction Good knowledge of the VOB and the handling of construction contracts Safe handling of current costing and billing programs Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Embossed understanding of figures, sense of responsibility and economic thinking Communication strength and joy in team collaboration
