Get to know HR from A to Z: From onboarding new employees, contract management, offboarding and certification – you get exciting insights into the diverse tasks of modern personnel management Staff work: You actively support and accompany the team from the outset on operational topics in day-to-day business – so you get an optimal insight into the area of personal care Coordinating processes: You support the organization and coordination of HR processes, appointments and processes and ensure that everything works smoothly in the background Thinking and shaping: You will get the opportunity to introduce your own ideas to further develop personal work with genoa together with us

You are immatriculated and want to gain the first work experience with your studies? Then we would be happy if you supported us at best 20 hours a week You are interested in personal themes, like working with people and enjoy learning new things You work structured, carefully and reliably, keep track of multiple tasks and have a strong eye for detail You are a team player, you like to get involved and take tasks independently You have fluent German skills (at least level C1) in word and writing
