We are looking for you Spezialist Facility Management (m/w/d) Your main tasks: You plan, coordinate and monitor rebuilding, refurbishment and new building projects for both private and foreign-used properties

You take over the planning, coordination and monitoring of construction measures

You are responsible for the entire area of energy efficiency

You are responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of our own properties

You accompany tenders, check incoming offers and create sound award proposals

You are actively working in cross-departmental projects with

Your profile You have completed training as a state-tested construction technician (m/w/d) in the field of civil engineering or have a comparable qualification

You possess sound theoretical and practical expertise in building and building management

You have a strong technical, craft and business understanding

You have fun in construction lines and have already gained experience in this area

You know the requirements of the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB)
