Support our team of Schüchtermann-Schiller's clinics as department manager for construction and technology (m|w|d). Employment is full time and is unlimited. Strategic and organizational responsibility Development and implementation of a technical overall strategy (building management, energy, sustainability, investment planning) for all company locations Budget and investment planning for construction and engineering projects Creation of decision bases for management Definition, application and control of possible funding Negotiation and supervision of engineering, architects and service contracts Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual and safety requirements Construction and project management Management and control of new, refurbishment and renovation projects Coordination of external experts, architects, construction companies, authorities and internal bodies Project controlling with regard to costs, dates and quality Ensuring the technical and economic decline of construction services Total technical management Responsibility for the operation and functioning of the technical infrastructure (energy supply, domestic engineering, building automation, etc.) Introduction of new technical standards and systems Participation in the digitization of technical processes Management responsibility Technical and disciplinary management of the department of Haustechnik at all company locations Personnel development and qualification of employees Promoting a team-oriented and value-estimating leadership culture

Graduate degree (Master/Bachelor/Dipl.-Ing. FH/Uni) in the field of civil engineering, hospital engineering or a comparable technical discipline Multiannual professional experience in project development, planning and control of construction projects Funded knowledge of hospital engineering Experience in managing complex construction and rehabilitation projects in the healthcare sector Environmental and Energy Management Knowledge and Facility Management Experience in the digitization of processes Outstanding leadership skills as well as conflict and critique High reliability, initiative, flexibility and communication strength – also in the handling of authorities and ministries Charismatic, entrepreneurial thinking and powerful personality with diplomatic skill and natural authority Willingness to continue personal and professional development
