Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team ''Performance management Cooperation in the strategic orientation of performance testing and development of decision-making aids for the performance management of Hallesche Creation, maintenance and further development of internal work guidelines and test criteria for medical need, economics and adequacy Processing of basic performance questions including Fee law (GOÄ/GOZ), healing and aids, DRG and innovative forms of supply Active exchange with other departments, medical consultants and external partners Support, implementation and management of projects to further develop performance management Considering current market developments and the current case law in the assessment of performance management issues Quality assurance of performance decisions Responsibility for the structured processing and processing of specially stored customer requests – including complaint management
