In the field of quality management of the alsterdorf assistenz west gGmbH, you work in the team on the development and implementation of our quality management, which perfectly supports our innovative services in integration aid and child and youth aid. Overview of tasks

• Planning, implementation and review of processes for the further development of service quality, together with employees
• Management of complaint management
• Support for managers and employees in the field of expertise and legal compliance to avoid or to avoid Implementation of forced measures
• Implementation of the prevention concept of the Alsterdorf assistenz west
• They prepare the current state of knowledge professionally and develop proposals for the conceptual further development of the subjects

We are looking

• You have a successfully completed study as a social pedagogue, as a social worker or a comparable qualification. You have additional qualifications in discussion and conflict management.
• You have professional experience and current professional knowledge in integration aid.
• They bring expertise and experience in managing complaint management.
• You have legal expertise in dealing with freedom-raising measures.
• Ideally, you have experience in implementing and designing violence prevention measures in organisations of integration aid.
• You are happy to work with clients, employees and executives.
• They possess team skills and organizational talent as well as decision-making and enforcement.
